About UNCF HBCU 'Empower Me' Tour
The UNCF HBCU “Empower ME” Tour will unite, inspire and empower youth and young adults with educational content, personal exploration through workshops, live entertainment and interactive exhibits. It will motivate every student toward academic excellence and personal responsibility through exciting program content and celebrity guests. The “Empower Me” tour will travel to various HBCU campuses and several major cities.
Who should attend?
The Tour is for anyone who wants an uplifting, motivating experience. The campus tour target audience is HBCU college students, alumni, administration, and minority college students on surrounding campuses, under-served students grade 7-12, parents and the community at-large. The City Tour target audience is under-served student’s grades 7-12, parents, educators and the community at-large.
